Overview
According to government Survey,
I found out that foreigners have the most accessibility online,
and the image of cultural heritage is the most positive among other fields.
Problems
-
The ticket booking websites are scattered. Also, booking is difficult for foreigners because mostly there is no translated information.
-
Metaverse content such as AR/VR that foreigners can fully enjoy is limited, and
there is a lack of promotion. -
It is complicated for foreigners to find information on new/diverse Korean local festivals which leads to a Regional economic downturn.
API analysis
For Business strategy, I researched government API data that can be used for constructing list of local festival pages. I figured out this research help developers with the platform.

What I learned
This Metaverse contest was held by the Ministry of Culture, Sports, and Tourism of Korea in 2021. I was excited to participate because I needed a project that allowed me to experience new fields and be creative, and I think this was an excellent opportunity for that.
I searched Data API, and Content strategy, and learned how AR works in the platform, and understand how to apply technology and special effects to the app. Fortunately, Our team was able to win special, and incentive awards! This experience was a great opportunity for me to face the challenge & try new, different fields.
